What is the Death Wish Malt Club subscription?
Death Wish Malt Club subscription is a recurring monthly spirits club that brings you the best the world’s finest distilleries have to offer. You have the option to purchase a subscription package or subscribe to many different individual spirits.
What does it cost to join the club?
Always FREE. The only cost is for the different subscriptions we offer plus shipping costs.
Do I have to purchase a subscription?
No, we offer hundreds of products available for one-time purchase.
How do I purchase a subscription as a gift?
To purchase a subscription as a gift, simply input the recipient’s shipping information, including name and email address, in the box entitled "Shipping Address" when you are checking out. If you don’t know the recipient's shipping information, simply input your own and you can update it later. We’ll send you an email with the details of the club that you can print or forward to the lucky person, notifying them of the great gift you just gave them!
What size bottles are shipped in the subscription?
Every bottle is 750ml size.
How do I change my address for a subscription I’ve purchased or received as a gift?
Simple. Just email us your order number and your new address to: subscriptions@deathwishmalt.com.
Can I put my subscription on hold while I am out of town?
Of course. Simply email us at subscriptions@deathwishmalt.com and let us know how long you would like to suspend your membership.
How do I find a specific spirit on your website?
In addition to the monthly subscriptions, we offer many products that can be purchased by the bottle as a one-time purchase.
Can I cancel my monthly subscription?
You may cancel your experience by accessing your account on our website. Under My Account, you can choose to cancel at any time without any charge.
Shipping
When is my order shipped?
For subscriptions, packages are generally shipped at the beginning of every month. Sign up by the 20th of the month to receive the package at the beginning of the following month. For single bottle purchases, we ship within 24 hours of the order being placed.
Will the package require an adult signature at the time of delivery?
We require that an adult 21 years of age or older sign for the package upon receipt. Therefore, we strongly suggest that you have packages delivered to a business address.
How long will it take to get my order?
All orders within the U.S. are considered domestic orders and they are shipped and delivered within 2-5 business days, we do not ship internationally.
How can I track my order?
We will send tracking information to the e-mail address associated with your order once the item has shipped. If you have not received your tracking information and it has been over 2 business days, please contact us.
Where’s my package?
We typically ship out orders same-day when placed by 12pm. When we ship out your package, an automatic email will be sent to the email address that you provided when placing the order. Inside this email, you will find a clickable tracking number that will tell you exactly where your package is. If you are having trouble viewing this information, feel free to contact us.
What are the shipping rates?
Shipping rates are automatically calculated during the checkout process.
Where do you ship?
We only ship within the United States. We do NOT ship to the following states: Alabama, Alaska, Arkansas, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maryland, Mississippi, Missouri, New Hampshire, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Dakota, Texas, Utah, Vermont, West Virginia

Sales tax will only be charged if the order is being shipped to the state of NJ.

What is your return & exchange policy?
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, within 60 days of placing your order, we will refund you for your purchase with no questions asked.
